Welcome to the story of Township 9 – Sacramento’s most innovative and exciting urban infill project. Township 9 is a 65 acre site that will be the home of over 3000 households, 1 million square feet of office space, and 150,000 square feet of cool, hip, urban retail that will be a destination to people throughout the Sacramento region. Even more exciting is the fact that Township 9, or T-9 as we call it, will sit on the first extension of Regional Transit’s light rail extension that will ultimately go to the Sacramento International Airport.
